Carol Miller

Carol Miller

Carol Miller – is the most recent staff member to join the company. A dietitian by training, Carol served 23 years on active duty in the US Army retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. During her career, she was assigned to various hospitals, served as a contract manager/administrator, attended various military training schools and courses, worked at the Pentagon in equipment and food products research and design and developed wartime equipment lists for tactical (wartime) hospitals. For five years Carol was the layout and food service equipment expert for commercial Army Hospital kitchen designs.

After “Army retirement” she worked in K-12 food service continuing her passions of kitchen design (in the growing Adams 12 Five Star School District in Thornton/Northglenn) and systems improvements by creating a school foodservice purchasing cooperative for eight participants.

After “retiring” from K-12 foodservice she obtained her real estate license and worked as the general manager for Fort Collins Real Estate. In 2008, Carol joined Aneka Jensen Interiors to assume business operations and financial duties for the company, freeing the designers to do what they love best.
